APPROACH
My goal is student understanding, building on a student's existing understanding level and familiar contexts, and looking for ways to help remembrance of procedures/concepts. I will look to determine and address the root or cause of a student's difficulties. I will seek to coordinate my instruction with what the student is learning in the classroom.
