My conviction is that teaching is one of the best ways to help the younger generation to establish a better and more productive life for themselves. When I teach mathematics I don't just teach math, I have the opportunity to help my students understand life better, learn how to make decisions, plan strategies and execute them and find solutions for different problems. These experiences are part of a honorable, successful life and that is what I want to provide to students fist and foremost.
