I have always had a love for math, and when I went back to college to finish my degree after having my son, I realized the love I have for teaching math as well. I took a summer tutoring job for a student who had a couple learning impairments, and I was able to help him with the material and pass this otherwise impossible to pass math course he was taking. From then on I knew exactly what I was meant to do...teach!
