I'm very happy and extremely satisfied with this storage facility and it's staff. I had a few mishaps whereby Tichina was very kind enough to take care for me without the slightest hesitation. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on what she had to do to remedy my situation and all along her smile never faded. This staff and facility are amazing!!

Great new & clean storage areas. Safe access. However, the 5x5 area was technically a bit smaller than 5x5.
