No. 24 Men’s Soccer Loses at NYIT, 3-2, In Overtime
The UB men’s soccer team fell by a 3-2 final in overtime on Saturday afternoon in Old Westbury, NY. After the Bears took a 1-0 lead, David Tuesta quickly tied the game at 1-1. After NYIT took a 2-1 lead, Drew Miller tallied the game-tying goal to send the game into the extra session just 1:58 after NYIT had regained the lead. With just over three minutes gone into the overtime period, the Bears were able to pull out the win and claim the NYCAC regular-season title. 10/20
