He said/ she said,There is this girl that I really like. She hangs out with a group of friends that I hang out with sometimes. The problem is that she doesn’t really know that I like her, and on top of that I think she is out of my league. I don’t know why I think this, because I am a pretty decent guy, but there is this guy she was talking to who seems very different than me. I don’t know whether I should approach her. I’m worried what she will think. Should I go for it?

Dear Wants to Make a Move:
Before we tell you what we think, we think you should know that you need a major boost of self-confidence. Yeah, sometimes girls (or guys) are out of one’s league, but the majority of those people might be models, or famous people. Well maybe not. But regardless, you should never think of yourself as less than anybody. You sound like a decent guy (like you said) and we think you should give it a shot. If this girl doesn’t respond, than who cares there are plenty of other girls out there that would appreciate a guy like you. But until then you have to remember that one of the most attractive things a person can have is confidence. We both (as a guy and a girl) agree on this. So if you’re wondering how to approach this girl, try talking to her at a party. Start with something you think you both have in common and take it from there. And like we said before, if she isn’t in to you it’s not the end of the world. You are in college and are going to come across many girls that will be interested in you. Just remember to have fun and work on yourself-esteem. It will all work out…you will see.
