UB men’s soccer sophomore David Shin (Chonan, S. Korea) was named the NYCAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week for the week ending September 19th. Shin scored the game-winning goal in UB’s 1-0 upset win over 12th-ranked East Stroudsburg last week on the road.The Purple Knights are now 3-2 overall and are ranked eighth in the NSCAA Northeast Region rankings. UB is back in action on Wednesday, September 22nd when the team hosts Mercy for their NYCAC opener beginning at 3:30 p.m.
