The Most Racially Diverse

New York (September 20, 2005) – According to The Journal of Blacks in Higher Education’s analysis of the latest rankings of American colleges and universities released by U.S. News World Report, the Rutgers University campus in Newark, New Jersey, was rated the most racially diverse. Asian Americans are the largest group of minority students at the university. Nova Southeastern University in Florida, the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, St. John’s University on Long Island, and Andrews University in Michigan were the only universities ranked as most diverse where African-American students were the largest minority bloc.
