Women’s Volleyball Falls to Dowling 3-1

The UB women’s volleyball team won game one before NYCAC-leading Dowling College came away with a 3-1 victory over the Purple Knights on Thursday evening. UB pulled out the first game by a 30-28 final, giving the Golden Lions a tough matchup at home. Jessi Bornack led UB with 12 kills and nine digs. Tijana Bokic posted a match-high 18 digs, while Amy Neussl (pictured left) had six kils, one service ace, six digs and two blocks.
