Men’s Soccer Falls to 16th NYIT, 3-1

In a game played in a driving rainstorm at Seaside Park, the UB men’s soccer team fell to 16th-ranked NYIT on Saturday afternoon by a 3-1 final. The game was a hard fought one as both teams dealt with the rain and high winds. The Bears got on the board first just before the end of the first half, but UB answered back to tie the game early in the second. NYIT added two goals to account for the 3-1 final. UB is now 5-7 overall.
