North Korean Leader Willing to Talk?

A South Korean paper reported that North Korea’s UN Ambassador, Han Sung Ryol, said in a telephone interview that it will rejoin six-party talks if Washington pledges not to seek to overthrow the North Korean regime or to interfere with its international relations. This may indicate a turn from the regime’s previous statement that it has indefinitely suspended talks.
