Do you like Gelatos? It’s a little different from ice cream… but how can you make it? Who would ever think of making this ‘complicated-sounding’ dessert? You have all those ice cream makers, but gelato lovers… it’s different right? How about making gelato at your house with potatoes? Well it’s easy… if you can find all the ingredients (full with vitamin B1 and fiber).7 oz of boiled Taro Potato (this is probably the hardest thing to find in here)
4 tablespoon of Heavy cream
4 tablespoon of Condensed milk
4 tablespoon of sugar
1 drop of vanilla essence
Before starting:
Boil the taro potato until it becomes soft, and let it cool
Procedure:
Put everything in a Food Processor for 30 seconds
Put it in any container with a cap (close tightly) and freeze it for one hour
Variations:
Strawberry/blueberry flavored
4 oz of strawberry/blueberry instead of heavy cream and vanilla essence –
Chocolate
No sugar, 6 Table spoons of Chocolate syrup
