Last fall breakfast was moved from Marina Dining Hall to Knight’s End Caf. Students did not all agree on the advantage of this change even though Bodine Hall residents could cheer a bit more than other students taking into consideration that their morning walk became signifcantly shorter.Students soon began to complain about the food variety at breakfast in Knight’s End. Some students wanted their usual grape fruit in the mornings while others craved for their breakfast Marina Muffin. On top of this lack of students’ habitual morning nutrition, the least thing students needed when they just crawled out of bed was a grumpy guy yelling at them for no good reason.
Now students can rejoice about breakfast being moved back to Marina. But there is a problem. Some students decided to change their meal plans since they were not using all their meals because they did not go to breakfast anymore. Now that breakfast has been moved back to its original place it would be nothing but fair to offer students the opportunity to change their meal plans back.
Giving students one week after spring break to make up their minds would be enough time. In this way everyone can be happy whether he or she chooses to go to breakfast at Marina or not.
