After earning my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University's main campus, I selected a career in nursing. I have gained a lot of experience educating a diverse range of students about a variety of health concepts. I am flexible in the style I tutor, based on each student's individual strengths. Overall, my main method is to break down complex ideas into the individual pieces, one at a time, until the student organically discovers how they make the whole. I am especially passionate about tutoring students in Spanish, biology, and math. I feel a student has reached true understanding when they are able to teach the lesson back to me in their own words....
