I believe science is about finding answers, but there are many ways to go about finding these answers. Students each have their own reasoning methods and viewpoints. I enjoy explaining chemistry concepts from their point of view and reasoning on their level. Once I find what level the a student is at, I then define goals and set up a syllabus based on their needs.
