I understand that learning can be difficult for numerous reasons. The most common cause is that the material has been presented in incorrect ways, so they lack the foundation for whatever subject they are learning. I find this lack of foundation is the reason people are not moving forward in the subject, especially in science and math courses. My goal as a tutor is to help students learn why they are struggling and teach them how to learn, not just what to learn. I earned my bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's degree in the same field from CUNY Brooklyn College. I believe that my knowledge and expertise will be beneficial to you.
