I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Instrumentation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and my PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience from Rutgers University. During the course of both degrees, I conducted scientific research and gained extensive background in the biological and physical sciences and mathematics. This is also when I developed a passion for teaching. My tutoring experience spans more than seven years, with high school and college students from diverse backgrounds.
