I have a bachelor's degree in both mathematics and physics from the University of Arizona and a master's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I have experience tutoring from kindergarten all the way up to college level students. I enjoy focusing on mathematics, but I have also worked with reading and standardized test prep as well. I think one of the biggest obstacles for students in mathematics is a lack of confidence. When I work with a student, I first seek to build their confidence and show them that they already know how to use math on a daily basis. In my free time, I enjoy competing in ballroom and Latin dance from my current home in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey....
