I earned a bachelor's degree in urban studies from Barnard College and a master's degree in social studies and secondary education. I taught in New York City for six years before working for a retention organization. I love working with youth and teenagers and helping them reach their short-term goals in writing, social studies, Regents prep, and reading. I also enjoy strengthening my student's confidence and skills. I believe that I can give my students the extra push that they need to be successful. In my free time, I like reading, walking my dog, dancing, and listening to music....
