I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish from SUNY at Albany and a master's degree in bilingual studies at Teachers College at Columbia University. I grew up learning Spanish and English at the same time, and I think this strengthens my tutoring because I can explain complexities within both languages in a way that students will better understand. I believe in working at the student's individual pace so that they can see patterns and explanations in their own time. In my free time, I enjoy party planning, cooking, exercising, and trying new restaurants from my current home in Fair Lawn, New Jersey....
