I have my bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan Business School, and I have been a teacher since 2005 when I entered the Peace Corps. I taught accounting skills to members of a coffee cooperative in Panama. Once I finished in the Peace Corps, I took the SIT TESOL course in Costa Rica. This course gave me the necessary tools to be an effective teacher. After I completed the class, I taught in a high school in Costa Rica for a year. Then I moved to Colombia to teach business English. As a tutor, I communicate effectively and tailor lesson plans to the needs of every student individually.
