My primary focus as a tutor is to help my students build their problem solving skills. These skills are not just useful for current homework, but in the future as well. I have most recently been tutoring in chemistry, algebra, and environmental science. In addition to these areas, I have always liked teaching the basic concepts of math. I earned my bachelor's degree in environmental and earth engineering. During my time in college, I helped pupils in various subjects in science and math. Right now I am working as an Ocean Engineer. Working on the ocean has been a really enjoyable experience. My other interests are skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer....
