I have always delighted in learning all things mathematics. However, my favorite math courses to tutor are pre-algebra, algebra I and II, and SAT math. I break the complex concepts down to the basics, so these are easier to understand. I have found that by doing so, my students succeed in the short and long term. I attended Colgate University and earned my bachelor's degree in mathematics. After that, I worked in the market analytics department of a Manhattan media company. I was also a tutor for the Family and Children's Services in Nantucket. Outside of tutoring, I like watching the History Channel, cheering on the Oregon Ducks, and golfing....
