I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from Columbia University in earth and environmental engineering and a secondary focus on East Asian studies. My studies center around science and math and I have been tutoring students between the ages of 13 and 50 in these fields. I especially love working with students in the area of physics. Because of my passion for the subject, I find it easy to demonstrate even the most difficult phenomena with concrete examples that help the students I work with conceptualize concepts that may otherwise be elusively abstract. I understand just how important it is for students to master the fundamental concepts before moving on to quantitative problems.
