An outstanding teacher needs to be enthusiastic, have a love of learning and a caring attitude. They also need to have a knowledge of discipline and classroom management techniques. They need to have high expectations for their students as well as a desire to make a difference in their students' lives. An outstanding teacher is very organized, has clear objectives, and always prepared.
