I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have trained the Philadelphia Flyers and helped hundreds of athletes/patients of all ages achieve high performance. I am also certified through Trigger Point Therapy, which I use on clients so that they can continue to play, do what they love and ensure pain free movement for the rest of their lives.
