Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	I was most impressed with his ability to recite pages and pages of text from any book pulled randomly from his shelves without looking. He has the world's largest dull book collection.

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Class almost teaches itself. courses are online and u can attend alternate sections if u have conflicts on other days. Very heelpful with questions 1 on1. friendly man and has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended and will b taking him again in fall. '-)

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	Very concentrated for a summer course. I was very happy when I checked my grade just now, I am much better with computers now. prof. is very patient and accesible.
Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	He is rumored to be the "anonymous benefactor" at UB who will pay tuition and books for students in need. I believe so. This was my last course. He spent hours in helping me to "earn" my A. In my time of crisis-health+family-issues I got my diploma but no bill for the course. When I called the bursar she told me it was taken care of. Thank you

Overall Helpfulness Clarity Easiness	I think the course was very challenging but also an excellent learning experience. I think J. D. Cole was an excellent excellent instructor and I would have preferred no one else. All in all the course was quite enjoyable, not simple, but very rewarding.

The instructor has a very strong knowledge of technology and was able to communicate his experience through very simple and practical examples. Although I'm not a very logical thinker the instructor was always available for help.

He has the ability to take a complex subject an break it down into easily understandable visual and oral examples. He is very well organized and methodical yet is not redundant. I honestly feel anyone who is interested in tech can learn from him and enjoy it.
