New York based Real Estate team is looking for a Research Intern with excellent organizational, time management, communication, and research skills. Primary responsibilities include the collection, collation, and maintenance of data and research for development, lead generation and presentation purposes. The Research Intern will be expected to follow through and meet deadlines, demonstrate initiative, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and handle multiple tasks.Role and Responsibilities- Export, Upload, Clean up Data large data sets- Develop and research targeted mailing lists- Develop and research custom audience lists- Maintain and update existing mailing lists- Convert existing data actionable informationPreferred qualifications:- Strong Google Workspace proficiency including Sheets (Excel), and Docs (Word), Drive, and Meet- Excellent communication skills (English - written)- Experience with Dropbox- Experience with Slack- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic- Good problem solving skills- Strong verbal & written communication skills- Strong analytical skills- The ability to work well in teams- The ability to organize, meet deadlines and to multitask
