For over 20 years, we've moved all kinds of pets totaling more than 50,000 pets nowSummer is our busy season and we increase our staff with summer support in departments such as QUOTING and CUSTOMER SERVICE. We offer full-time, seasonal jobs working in our office in CT from mid May through mid August. 'You can even start this spring with a part-time schedule if you are studying locally near Darien, CT, and then start full-time summer hours when you finish your semester.We pay $20 per hour; we are commutable by Metro-North Train (Darien stop is walking distance to the office), and we are a casual dress workplace.We have a passion for pets and a reputation for customer service and logistical excellence in the corporate relocation industry.If you have the following skill sets and can work full-time this summer in our office (not a remote or hybrid job), please provide your resume and a short cover letter to let us know about you and your availability:Requirements:- completion of at least two years of college (can be any major)- Strong computer skills ideally Microsoft Office and Google platform- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written- Customer-centered personality- For quoting department, strong mathematical skills and high degree of accuracy- Ability to work well under the pressure of a hectic team-oriented work atmosphere that includes shifting priorities and the impact caused by travel issues- Some administrative experience preferred (data entry, clerical, office administration)-Typing/keyboarding speed of 50+ wpm-Exceptional attention to detail-Ability to work from 8:30 a - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the summer months (preference may be given to students who can start sooner working 8-10 hours weekly before the full-time work schedule kicks in mid May)- Love for pets and helping families with our rewarding mission of reuniting them with their fur babies (or scaled or feathered friends)pe
