Hi there We are a Brooklyn family of four seeking a fun-loving, kind, upbeat, flexible, reliable babysitter/family helper to provide after-school care for our two boys who are in 4th grade. This includes picking up from school, supervising homework and playdates, reading books, going on adventures, encouraging imaginative play, dispensing hugs, thinking on your feet, and enjoying our kids as much as we do Our boys are funny, nice, energetic and full of life and big feelings Kindness, warmth, and honesty are essential. Experience in early childhood education or special education is a plus. The hours are roughly 2:00-6:00 or 6:30pm, M-F (can be 2 to 5 days/week).Occasional late night or overnight when we travel. Salary negotiable, based on experience. References please.
