The Baddish Group is a leading PR agency in the alcohol, spirits, food and beverage, and lifestyle industry looking to expand our team. As we continue to expand our client base we are looking for a self-starter and go-getter who is ALL ABOUT accuracy, details, and organization. The PR Assistant will assist with the day-to-day of the agency. The majority of this role will be behind the scenes with the opportunity for growth AFTER the eagerness to learn all of the pertinent tasks that make our agency run smoothly.Responsibilities will include:Managing SpreadsheetsUpdating, Creating, and organizing Google Documents for internal and external useWeekly, Monthly etc...reporting for clients including press hits, social media clipping and analytics from influencers, event recaps, campaign recaps and overall client reporting Pitch and Media listsShipping, interest, samples, and inventory listsPress Monitoring for each brandAssisting CEO with meetings including setting up zoom meetings, calendar invites, note taking and moreWe need someone who is UBER organized. Someone who has the mindset for efficiency and processes, time management and has no hesitation jumping into a project and doing it right while also asking questions. We want someone who is detail-oriented but can also multitask and prioritize while also being able to handle and complete multiple tasks.Compensation can be monthly retainer or hourly and commensurate based on experience. Must be proficient with spreadsheets, Dropbox, Google Docs and relevant software.
