Description

I am currently having difficulty in my CS6265 reverse engineering and cybersecurity lab. The course is entirely reverse engineering, mostly in assembly, un a Capture the Flag format. Each week we work though a new security concept/exploit such as buffer overflow, retunr-to-libc, etc. My underlying computer science and programming skills are weak and i have limited assembly knowledge so some of these concepts i. our labs feel out of reach. Is this something that you would be able to assist with? I am looking for assistance in understanding the exploits so i can complete the challenges for the course and gain the base knowledge for the more difficult portions of the course as i move forward. i do not want someone who will do my work for me, i want to learn and understand the hows and whys in order for me to complete the challenges myself.
